1. No Refunds
We do not provide refunds for any products purchased from Diamond Sarees.
2. Replacement Policy (Damaged or Defective Products Only)
We offer replacements only for products that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement:

You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage/defect from the moment the package is opened.

The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, with original packing, and all tags intact.
3. Replacement Process

Our team will share the return shipping address.

Once we receive and inspect the defective product, we will send a replacement product.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacements will NOT be accepted if:

The product has been used, washed, or tampered with.

There is no unboxing video for proof.

The product is returned without original packaging or tags.

The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.

Color differences due to lighting or screen resolution (not considered a defect).
