1. Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your products as quickly and safely as possible.

  • TN & South Indian States : 5–10 business days

  • Other Regions (India) : 7–10 business days

  • International Orders: 10–15 business days (may vary based on destination and customs)

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • You will be notified once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or festive sales.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, you will receive your email.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website or app.

5. Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational delays by courier services

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • Unforeseen logistical issues

  • International customs clearance

We will inform you in case of any significant delay.

6. International Shipping

  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

  • Delivery timelines vary based on destination country and customs processes.

7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Unavailable recipient

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Customer not responding

Re-shipping charges will apply. Our team will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged parcel, please:

  • Record an unboxing video from the moment of opening

  • Contact us within 24 hours with clear proof

This helps us process replacement requests as per our Return & Refund Policy.
